Clear terms for every storefront.

Secret Energy charges a 20% marketplace fee on the item total of each marketplace order. The fee is deducted from the seller proceeds, not added as a separate buyer surcharge. The item total is the sum of the listed prices multiplied by the quantities purchased, in the store currency; the fee is rounded to two decimal places.

Example: on a $100.00 USD item total, the marketplace fee is $20.00 and the seller allocation is $80.00 before any refund, reversal or applicable external account charges. This is an allocation example, not a guarantee of immediate payment.

Buyers pay Secret Energy through PayPal. Secret Energy collects the payment and processes eligible seller payouts separately in manual batches to the PayPal email associated with the order. This is not an escrow service or an instant split payment. Completion or payout eligibility does not mean a PayPal transfer has already been sent; no fixed payout date is promised here.

Sellers must supply an accurate PayPal payout email and an account capable of receiving funds. Saving the address does not verify ownership of the PayPal account. Contact support promptly if an address is wrong: changing it for future orders does not automatically redirect existing orders.

PayPal or your bank may apply receiving or currency-conversion charges under their own terms. Optional paid tools, image credits and any separately purchased membership have their own displayed prices; the 20% marketplace rate does not replace those charges. No additional marketplace fee is established by this policy.

Secret Energy reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse any seller, store, product or listing; decline an application; require changes or additional information; and hide, remove, restrict, suspend or terminate any store or listing at any time, before or after approval or publication.

These rights may be exercised for any lawful reason, including safety, authenticity, legal or payment-provider compliance, misleading claims, complaints, poor fulfillment, misuse, or suitability for the Secret Energy marketplace and community. Where permitted by law, action may be taken without prior notice. Approval is conditional and may be withdrawn.

Creating a draft, saving a payout email, purchasing services or receiving prior approval does not guarantee publication, continued access, placement, sales or acceptance of any particular product. Store approval is not blanket approval of every current or future listing, nor a certification or endorsement of a product or its claims.

Refusal, removal or suspension does not erase outstanding shipping, refund, dispute or other lawful obligations. It does not itself authorize forfeiture of earned proceeds: affected funds remain subject to the payment, refund and dispute rules below and applicable law. Contact support with the store link and review note to request clarification or reconsideration; reinstatement is not guaranteed.

Only list products you lawfully own or are authorized to sell and can actually fulfill. Sellers must comply with laws and payment-provider requirements applicable to the product, seller and buyer locations, including relevant licensing, labeling, safety and import/export requirements.

Unlawful, stolen, counterfeit, infringing, recalled or unsafe goods, fraudulent offers, impersonation and deceptive listings are not permitted. Do not publish unsupported claims that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease, guaranteed spiritual or financial outcomes, or other misleading claims. A disclaimer does not make a prohibited claim acceptable.

Use accurate descriptions, prices, currency, stock, materials, condition, dimensions, images and delivery expectations. Clearly disclose relevant risks, limitations and whether an item is made to order or digital. Own or obtain permission for the images, text, trademarks and other content you publish; do not expose private information.

A category appearing in the product editor does not establish permission to sell every item in that category. Physical products require shipping and tracking. Digital products must use the Digital Download product type, private delivery files and accurate license terms; Secret Energy may require changes or refuse any listing.

Do not use listings, contact links or messages to evade marketplace fees, misdirect buyers, solicit payment credentials or facilitate prohibited transactions. Report suspected violations through support rather than publishing another person’s information.

Before publishing, provide clear Shipping & Returns policies covering handling time, shipping destinations, delivery estimates, costs, return eligibility and time limits, item condition requirements, return postage, exclusions and a way to request assistance. Your store policies supplement these marketplace policies; they cannot override applicable law or mandatory buyer rights.

The current marketplace checkout charges the item total and does not add a separate shipping or tax line. Account for any shipping cost you intend to charge in the advertised item price, disclose it clearly, and do not demand an undisclosed extra payment after checkout. Meet your applicable tax and disclosure obligations; do not assume the checkout calculates them for you.

Do not ship an unpaid order. For a paid order, fulfill the advertised commitment and add a genuine carrier and tracking number within 15 days of payment. A shorter delivery or handling promise in your listing still applies. Keep evidence of dispatch and delivery and use the buyer’s information only as needed to fulfill the order.

If tracking has not been added by the 15-day deadline, the order is subject to a dispute flag and payout hold pending resolution. Missing this deadline is not an automatic refund. False tracking, marking unshipped goods as shipped, or asking a buyer to confirm an item they have not received is prohibited.

The current payout review window is 15 days from the time tracking is added and the order is marked Shipped—not from confirmed delivery. An undisputed order can become completed and payout-eligible after that window, or earlier when the buyer confirms receipt. This operational window is not a delivery guarantee or a limit on statutory return or dispute rights.

Digital products are one-time purchases, including music, ebooks, videos and file collections. Sellers set the price in their store currency, upload between one and ten delivery files (up to 25 MB each), disclose compatible formats and software, and specify license terms before sale. Only upload files you own or are authorized to distribute; malware, infringing content and deceptive files are prohibited.

After confirmed payment, buyers can access files through My Orders using the account used at checkout. Digital-only purchases do not require a shipping address. File links expire after one minute; buyers can request fresh links from their order. Keep a local backup. Access links are not digital rights management and cannot prevent copying of files already downloaded.

The purchase records the files, license terms and creator message available at checkout. Replacing or removing files from a listing changes future purchases only; earlier purchases retain their original edition. Digital and physical items are purchased separately.

The existing 20% marketplace fee also applies to digital products. Undisputed proceeds become eligible 15 days after files become available following payment, or sooner when the buyer confirms receipt. No carrier tracking is required. Payouts are still processed separately in manual batches.

New download access pauses during disputes and is revoked after refunds or payment reversals. A previously issued link may remain usable for up to one minute. Files already downloaded cannot be recalled. Agreeing to immediate delivery or a license does not waive mandatory consumer rights; lawful remedies for defective files, non-delivery or misdescription remain available.

Checkout does not automatically calculate regional digital VAT, sales tax or other taxes. Marketplace and seller tax responsibilities and any country-specific consent requirements must be reviewed before selling in those regions. This implementation does not provide DRM, recurring licenses or automated regional tax compliance.

Honor the return and refund terms disclosed before purchase and all rights required by applicable law. Do not use a “no refunds” statement to deny mandatory remedies for non-delivery, defective goods, misdescription or other protected claims. Buyers should retain order details and evidence and contact support promptly about unresolved problems.

Sellers and administrators can initiate full refunds through the available order controls for eligible paid orders. A submitted refund is not complete until PayPal confirms it. Contact support for completed orders or situations not supported by those controls; the absence of an in-app button does not eliminate a lawful remedy.

Disputed, refunded, reversed or otherwise ineligible orders may have seller payouts held, blocked or cancelled while the issue is resolved. Sellers must cooperate with evidence requests and resolution of affected orders, including those already paid out. Removing a store does not prevent a buyer or payment provider from pursuing a valid claim.

PayPal and card issuers may apply their own dispute procedures and deadlines. Secret Energy does not guarantee a particular outcome, bank posting time or payout timing during an investigation. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or replaces a payment provider’s applicable protections.

Provide truthful application, contact and payout details. Maintain the rights, permissions, registrations and records legally required for your products and business, and meet the tax obligations that apply to you. Secret Energy’s collection of buyer payments does not remove your responsibilities for product safety, truthful listings and fulfillment.

Use order names, addresses and contact information only for fulfillment, necessary customer service, recordkeeping and legal compliance. Do not sell, publicly share or use buyer information for unrelated marketing without the required lawful basis or consent. Never request passwords, verification codes or full payment credentials.

Sellers remain responsible for the content they submit and the products they supply. Secret Energy’s review does not establish medical efficacy, authenticity, regulatory approval or suitability for any individual buyer. Use appropriate professional guidance where needed.

These marketplace policies apply to seller applications, storefronts, listings and marketplace order handling. Read them together with the applicable product description, store Shipping & Returns policies and payment-provider terms. Mandatory legal rights take precedence over conflicting language.

Secret Energy reserves the right to revise these policies and rates prospectively, with notice and any consent required by applicable law. The updated date will identify the current published text. A later rate change does not, by itself, recalculate the fee recorded on an existing order.
